We do more than just rental management. Vacation properties, second homes and primary residences require a lot of work themselves and your busy schedule may limit the time you can dedicate to taking care of your property.

ONCE A WEEK WALK THROUGH OF HOME TO CHECK FOR

  • Running toilets

  • Appliances working

  • Ceiling damage

  • Burnt bulbs (replace if found)

  • Smoke alarms functioning

  • Batteries in remotes working, replace as needed

  • Home secured and owner closets properly locked

  • Indoor and outdoor ant or rodent infestation

  • Windows and screens sealed and properly in place

  • Patio furniture stored and protected from elements

  • Replacement of batteries, bulbs, or any other items will be at cost.

  • Reporting repairs and scheduling repairs.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

  • Schedule all cleanings for the owner.

  • Schedule all maintenance for the owner.

  • 1 extra visit per month at no charge. 1 hour maximum per visit, if the visit requires more than 1 hour there will be additional charge for the additional hour of work. (For example, if we have to wait at the home from 1-5 pm for Comcast, this will be charged the appropriate hourly rate).

  • Any additional visit after the extra visit will be charged.

  • Snow removal – depending on HOA
